Job summary

A leading automotive service provider in Bury is seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician / Mechanic. You will carry out servicing and complex repairs, including diagnostics. The ideal candidate holds a Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance and has a full driver’s licence. Qualifications

• Must have a full driver's licence with no more than 9 points.
• Must be skilled in brakes, steering, suspension, and engine diagnostics.
• Experience with coolant, diesel injectors, and head gasket repairs.

• Carry out servicing and repair tasks on vehicles.
• Perform complex tasks such as clutches and timing belt replacements.
• Diagnose issues with vehicle electrics and suspension systems.

£30,339 - £32,000 per annum + bonus

As a Vehicle Technician / Mechanic, you will be already skilled in servicing and repair / replacement work. You’ll have the ability to carry out more complex tasks such as clutches and timing belt replacements and diagnostics in areas such as vehicle electrics, brake steering and suspension systems.

Skills and experience
