What You'll Be Doing

As a Vehicle Inspector with Marston Holdings Ltd you will carry out vehicle inspections in line with Transport for London (TfL) Quality Assurance systems. A full UK driving licence and experience of driving manual vehicles is required for this role.

• Inspect Taxis and Private Hire Vehicles to meet TfL licensing criteria
• Record inspection findings using PCs and handheld computers
• Liaise with customers, offering test feedback, advice, and guidance in terms of re‑booking and rectifications required
• Updating the system with any vehicle changes, damage reports or new documentation
• Liaise with colleagues and TfL over policy, procedures, and changes

What We're Looking For

• Close attention to detail, ability to check documentation to ensure it is accurate and check vehicles to ensure they are in line with the licensing rules
• Excellent customer service skills
• Effective time management and organisational skills
• Strong report writing abilities
• Full clean UK driving licence
