Overview

Visa Cash App Racing Bulls F1 Team is one of two Red Bull-owned F1 teams. Today''s Formula 1 calls for a high level of specialist skills in every area. At Visa Cash App Racing Bulls F1 Team we strongly believe that every member of our staff can and should lead innovation and continuous improvement in such a competitive and dynamic working environment. We are looking for an experienced Licensing Manager to be responsible for standing Visa Cash App Racing Bulls (VCARB) apart from our competition through managing and expanding a licensing portfolio to support brand and business objectives, and developing strategic partnerships with brands that align with our team''s identity and marketing strategy. They will maximize revenue through licensing agreements, ensuring brand consistency across all licensed products and prioritizing opportunities that also provide brand equity, and work closely with the Head of Commercial and key VCARB marketing department to devise a new licensing strategy and deliver existing licensing programmes and source new opportunities.

Strategic Licensing Development
  • Identify and assess new licensing opportunities aligned with brand goals.
  • Build relationships with licensees to boost brand visibility and revenue.
Contract Negotiation and Management
  • Negotiate favorable licensing agreement terms.
  • Manage contracts for compliance and timely renewals.
Brand Consistency and Compliance
  • Ensure licensed products meet brand guidelines and quality standards.
  • Collaborate on product designs and marketing approval.
Revenue Generation and Reporting
  • Set and achieve revenue targets through licensing strategies and a diverse product portfolio.
  • Prepare performance reports, including sales forecasts for management.
Market Research and Trend Analysis
  • Conduct research to spot trends and opportunities in licensing.
  • Analyze competitors and market dynamics for strategic insights.

Qualifications
  • Degree level in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Capable of articulating ideas and concepts clearly to key stakeholders.

  • Deep understanding of brand management principles and practices, particularly in the sports industry.
  • Ability to collaborate across departments and build strong relationships internally and externally.
  • Excel at relationship building internally with key departments supporting the licensing sales process and externally with stakeholders at clients.
  • A team-first, collaborative and solution orientated approach.
  • High enthusiasm with a real passion for brand licensing and their work.
  • Resilient with a self-starting attitude.
  • Available to travel and participate in 5 to 10 events a year.
