Job description

Snipe RH has been exclusively mandated to support a highly confidential European Venture Capital fund , sponsored by a prominent European family .

The fund pursues long-term investment strategies within a highly institutional and disciplined framework, combining investment excellence, operational rigor and best-in-class governance.

As part of the continued structuring and development of its platform, the fund is seeking to recruit an Investment Director to join its investment team.

Responsibilities

As a member of the investment team, your responsibilities will include :

• Analysis and execution of Venture Capital / Growth investments
• Financial modelling and preparation of investment materials
• Coordination and execution of financial, strategic and operational due diligences
• Interaction with institutional investors, family offices and external advisors
• Consideration of regulatory constraints related to third-party asset management
• Monitoring of portfolio companies and contribution to strategic discussions

Candidate Profile

• Top-tier engineering background or equivalent academic credentials
• 5 to 10 years of professional experience , ideally in Private Equity, Venture Capital, Investment Banking or a related investment environment
• Strong understanding of the PE / VC ecosystem and Family Office dynamics
• Solid awareness of regulatory frameworks applicable to asset management for third parties
• Fluent English required ; French is a plus but not mandatory
• Demonstrated discretion , intellectual rïg and strong professional ethics
