Job summary

An educational institution in Dudley is seeking a Variable Hours Educational Support Assistant to provide support to learners with complex special educational needs and disabilities. Variable Hours Educational Support Assistant

£12.77 per hour

Responsibilities
  • Provide support to learners with complex special educational needs and disabilities, including sensory impairments, autism and challenging behaviour.
  • Promote independence and enable learners to achieve and progress.
  • Assist with personal care (advantage if experienced).
  • Work as part of the college’s cross‑college support team.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of two years’ experience supporting learners with complex SEN and disabilities.
  • Experience providing personal care is an advantage.
