A leading logistics company in the UK is seeking a dedicated 3.5 ton Van Driver for an ongoing temporary position in Oldbury, with a view to permanent employment after 16 weeks. You will be responsible for loading and delivering orders, performing vehicle checks, and managing delivery notes. Ideal candidates will have a full UK driving license and demonstrate reliability, excellent timekeeping, and good communication skills. The role offers 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday, at £14.21 per hour.

Manpower are currently recruiting for 3.5 ton Van Drivers to work for our prestigious client based in Oldbury, West Midlands.

As a reliable and dedicated driver for the role as a delivery driver driving a 3.5 ton Luton van delivering orders to our customers and our clients technical lock ups.

Key Duties

• To carry out daily vehicle checks on van.
• To load and deliver orders to customers in a professional manner.
• To load and deliver products to Roman technical lock up.
• To collect returns from lock up and customer accounts.
• To manage and obtain signed delivery / return notes returning them to the office.

Suitable candidates will have

• Full UK driving license
• Excellent time keeping and flexible working hours.

• Good communications skills with customers.

This is an ongoing temporary position with an opportunity to lead permanent after 16 weeks, working Monday - Friday 37.5 hours paying £14.21 per hour with immediate starts.
