About Our Client

Job Description
- Inspect and assess council-owned land, buildings, and community assets
- Provide valuations using appropriate methods and market comparisons
- Maintain accurate asset registers and records
- Prepare reports for financial statements, budgets, and asset management plans
- Ensure compliance with RICS standards and legislation
- Advise councillors on disposals, acquisitions, leases, and redevelopment opportunities
The Successful Applicant
- Professional qualifications in property management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of property legislation and standards within the public sector.
- Proven experience in managing property portfolios and projects.
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Competence in preparing professional reports and documentation.
- Capability to work independently and deliver results under tight deadlines.
