A leading real estate consultancy is seeking a Surveyor or Senior Surveyor for its Birmingham office in a hybrid working environment. You will be part of a team involved in valuing a diverse portfolio worth over £1.2bn, supporting financial institutions and clients in property-related advisory services. Lambert Smith Hampton is currently looking for a Commercial Valuation Surveyor to join our established Birmingham office. Working within an established team which valued over £1.2bn of commercial and residential property in 2024 in advising financial institutions, private and public sector clients, primarily for loan security purposes, financial reporting, taxation, acquisition and disposals. Excellent opportunity for a dynamic and motivated individual to join a social team environment with a positive culture that will provide the necessary support to ensure career progression.
