An educational institution in Thurso is seeking a Personal Assistant to Executive to provide comprehensive organisational support to the Vice Principal. Responsibilities include managing the diary, coordinating appointments, and preparing reports. The suitable candidate should have an HND in Administration and proven experience as a PA. Position: We are seeking a Personal Assistant to Executive, to be based at our Thurso campus.
Responsibilities: The post holder will be responsible for providing a comprehensive, effective and high-quality PA and organisational support service to the Vice Principal Strategic Developments. This includes managing the Vice Principal’s diary, scheduling and coordinating appointments, preparing agendas, and minute taking. The post holder will also undertake projects, research, prepare reports, responses and statistical information, and assist the Secretary to the Board as required.
Qualifications, Experience and Skills: The suitable candidate will be educated to HND level (SCQF Level 8) or equivalent in Administration and have proven experience as a PA, Executive Assistant or senior administrator. Excellent organisational and time management skills are essential, as well as the ability to prioritise work to meet deadlines. A level of Gaelic ability would be advantageous to your application.
Salary: £30,280 - £32,403 per annum, pro rata
Location: Thurso
Working Hours: 21 hours per week (Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday), permanent contract
