A leading infrastructure firm in the UK is searching for an experienced Utility Surveyor to lead buried utility surveys adhering to PAS128 standards. You will oversee site operations, manage survey teams, create reports, and ensure safe practices. The ideal candidate will have broad experience in utility detection, relevant survey skills, and necessary certifications such as a valid driving licence and CSCS. We are looking for an experienced Utility Surveyor to join our growing team. You will lead buried utility and utility avoidance surveys to PAS128 standards, manage site operations across the UK, produce operational paperwork, interpret data, create CAD and written reports and support other teams where required. You will be expected to attain the position of site lead, provide safety briefings, manage your survey team, train support staff and supervise contractors where necessary.
Lead site surveys of buried utilities, plan and conduct field operations, prepare reports, provide safety briefings, manage and train survey teams, supervise contractors, coordinate with other teams (geophysicists, topographical surveyors, GI, pavements teams), ensure compliance with AECOM guidance and PAS128 standards, support larger infrastructure projects across Power, Highways, Rail, Aviation and Defence.
