What You Bring
  • Proven experience managing teams in security, utilities, or technical services.
  • Strong knowledge of intruder, access control, and CCTV systems (Honeywell Galaxy ideal).
  • Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
  • A proactive, problem‑solving mindset and commitment to safety and quality.
  • Flexibility to travel across the Midlands, with some work in the North Wales.
