Qualifications

• Proven experience in utilities coordinating on major civil engineering projects.
• Track record with tier-one contractors on rail, highways, or heavy civils projects.
• Good understanding of utility regulations and the New Roads and Street Works Act.

Responsibilities

• Manage communication between designers, utility companies, and project teams.
• Check that designs meet all technical and safety requirements.
• Complete and prepare documentation like permits and as-built records.
• Assist in programme planning and progress reporting.
• Spot and solve issues early to keep things on schedule.
• Support change control and design reviews.
