Job Title: US Treaty Broker Support (non-marine)

We are looking for a talented individual to join our US Treaty Team as an experienced Broker Support Specialist. This position is based in London and operates in a hybrid model, requiring at least 2 days a week in the office.

As a Broker Support Specialist, you will have the opportunity to enhance your broking support skills while working with our US clients. You will play a vital role in our team by coordinating placement support activities and delivering proactive, high-value assistance.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in reviewing client renewal information.
  • Draft slips and endorsements.
  • Initiate the contract drafting process, including updates and the production of final contract documentation.
  • Support brokers in preparing submissions, compliance and regulation etc.
  • Track the placement status of assigned accounts and update information accordingly.
  • Dealing with clients and reinsurers directly, completing all documentation
  • Respond to client requests for information, including reinsurer details, financial reports, and industry issues.
