Job summary

A healthcare organization in Nuneaton is seeking two motivated Band 6 Senior Nurses for its Urgent Response Team. Qualifications

• Minimum Band 5 nurse looking to progress to Band 6.
• Experience in community nursing for at least two years.
• Evidence of relevant post graduate courses/CPD.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, coordinate and deliver care in community settings.
• Guide and support junior staff and students.
