• Ability to move between sites as demanded by the job role.
• Experience of managing an NHS Department.
• Experience of producing management reports.
• Experience of effective change management.
• Experience of producing business cases.
• Experience of analysing financial data.

Responsibilities

• Support the Head of Operations for Urgent Care.
• Deliver high-quality, clinically effective services.
• Present data to the Divisional Management Team.
• Identify improvements and follow through with timescales.
• Manage Service Improvement Managers.

Skills

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Comprehensive up to date knowledge of service issues

Ability to prepare complex documents

Ability to speak Welsh

Education

Masters Qualification or equivalent
