TOPdesk UK is growing! We are seeking ambitious and experienced sales professionals to bring on new business in the UK & Ireland as Account Executives.*

  • Mid level
  • Base salary of £47k - £52k and total OTE of 75k-83k
  • Demonstrate expert knowledge of our ITSM SaaS solution, handling technical objections and problem‑solving during demos
  • Lead strategic conversations with stakeholders across various organisations, industries, and levels of seniority
  • Navigate tender processes and contract discussions to successfully close deals
  • Work cross‑departmentally to support team, business, and customer interests
  • From time to time, mentor and coach junior team members as a senior member of the sales team

*Please note that internally this role will be called Business Development Manager, but the responsibilities are akin to an Account Executive.

Are you our new Account Executive?
  • Demonstrated experience closing new business in a software or solution environment with 2+ years in the closing role
  • Experience demoing to different stakeholders within an organisation
  • A 1st or 2:1 degree
  • Interest in technology and software
  • Exceptional communication skills including written, verbal, and in presentation
  • Willing to learn and take your own initiative
  • Accountable for your own success
  • Able to build relationships
  • A positive, can‑do, and go‑get attitude
