Unqualified Teacher - High Wycombe. Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 per annum. Start Date: September 2025. About the Role
- Delivering engaging, high-quality lessons tailored to the needs of children with autism and complex needs.
- Creating a safe and nurturing learning environment that promotes positive outcomes for all learners.
- Planning and delivering personalized education and training programs in line with the school's specialist curriculum.
- Working closely with a multidisciplinary team, including therapists and external agencies, to ensure the best outcomes for each child.
- Supporting the social, emotional, and mental health needs of learners by implementing behaviour management strategies.
- Contributing to the school's wider ethos of providing outstanding specialist education.
About You
- Proven experience as a Primary HLTA or within a specialist setting supporting children with autism and complex needs.
- A genuine passion for education and training, with a focus on making a difference in the lives of children with additional needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with learners, colleagues, and parents/carers.
- Resilience, creativity, and adaptability to respond effectively to the needs of the learners.
- The desire to grow professionally and take on new challenges within a specialist educational environment.
