Unqualified PE Teacher

Got a passion for sport and a knack for getting young people moving? You don’t need QTS to make a real difference in the PE department. If you’re energetic, reliable, and love helping pupils discover what their bodies can do, this role could be your perfect match.

The Role

You’ll support the PE team with lessons, activities, and sports clubs, helping to create a positive and active environment for students. No two days look the same. One minute you’re setting up equipment, the next you’re leading warm‑ups or supporting behaviour on the sidelines.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assisting with PE lessons across KS3 and KS4
• Leading small groups and supporting whole‑class activities
• Helping run sports clubs, fixtures, and extra‑curricular sessions
• Encouraging confidence, teamwork, and resilience in pupils
• Working closely with teaching staff to keep lessons running smoothly
