Regulatory Strategist – Global Regulatory Sciences Regulatory Strategy

Regulatory Strategy is a dynamic department which proactively works with drug development and various functional lines to ensure Pfizer meets the requirements of Global Health Authorities.

Who can apply?

Applicants must be completing a placement as part of a degree course at a UK University, either through a Year in Industry/Industrial Placement or a Gap Year. We will only consider candidates who have applied by completing the Pfizer Placement Application Form. Applicants who do not submit this form will not be considered.

Department Overview

Regulatory Strategists work across all stages of the pharmaceutical product life cycle to secure regulatory approval in a compliant, creative, efficient and commercially viable manner. The department leads dialogue with Global Health Authorities and engages with business functions and regions to provide unique insights to R&D and commercial aspects.

When can I start?

Placements begin on 1 September 2026 and will run for 12 months. The start date is fixed due to the 2‑week induction and onboarding programme.
