A leading real estate firm is seeking a UK Workplace Lead to oversee site operations across the UK. The role requires deep operational delivery experience, team leadership, and an understanding of client strategies. Responsibilities include managing site teams, ensuring service excellence, and financial oversight of a budget of £45m. Ideal candidates will have strong leadership, communication, and change management skills. This position is based on-site in Greater London.

The UK Workplace Lead is an integral role for delivering the day to day operational management of UK site operations through a team of dedicated site leads.
The client is mid-way through a transformation program and the role-holder will need to demonstrate a deep understanding of operational delivery supported by SMEs in a matrix structure, experience with change management, possess high levels of emotional intelligence and experience leading a high-performing team. Working with a partnership ethos with our client on executing their strategy and supporting your team, anticipating and meeting the needs of the team and client to ensure a consistent and elevated level of service. The role will provide support to the EMEA Account Director.
