A leading engineering firm in the UK seeks an experienced engineer to contribute to the design and upgrade of the Overhead Line Transmission Network. The successful candidate will lead foundation design and collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure compliance with industry standards while working towards the UK’s Net Zero 2050 goals. Qualifications

• Experience in detailed design of foundations for OHTL or similar infrastructure.
• Strong working knowledge of Eurocode and British Standards.
• Demonstrated experience on UK-based transmission projects.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the upgrading of the UK Overhead Line Transmission Network.
• Deliver high-quality foundation designs to support Overhead Line projects.
• Prepare technical documentation and design reports for regulatory review.

Education

Bachelor's or master's degree in civil or Structural Engineering
