Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in commercial business, preferably in construction or technology industries.
  • Knowledge of IP & privacy laws to support the Cloud connection strategy.
  • Experience with high-quality, high-cost products and contractual dispute management.

Responsibilities

  • Review customer contract terms and make necessary amendments.
  • Participate in contract discussions with customers and suppliers.
  • Provide legal advice on all commercial matters in the region.
  • Coordinate with Honeywell functions for risk containment.
