The role requires hands-on involvement with a focus on employee relations and compliance with employment law. Qualifications

  • Degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • CIPD qualification level 5.
  • HR generalist experience in the UK, with strong exposure to employee relations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day HR support for UK employees.
  • Support employee relations processes.
  • Coordinate and manage TUPE transfers.
  • Ensure compliance with UK employment law.
  • Maintain accurate HR records.
  • Provide guidance on HR policies.
  • Champion employee engagement.
