Qualifications

• Proven experience in financial accounting and reporting, ideally in a multinational environment.
• Management experience is essential.
• Experience in manufacturing is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the UK month-end close process.
• Maintain internal controls compliant with SOX.
• Supervise AP and AR functions and implement improvements.
• Prepare VAT returns and ensure HMRC compliance.
• Prepare statutory financial statements for audits.
• Mentor junior finance staff and promote continuous improvement.
