Overview

As Sales Manager for the UK/EU region, you will take ownership of growing brand awareness, driving revenue and increasing market share. Working closely with channel partners and internal stakeholders, your responsibilities will include:

Responsibilities
  • Delivering engaging product and sales training to distributors, integrators, and consultants
  • Managing distribution partnerships and monitoring stock, orders and joint sales/marketing opportunities
  • Driving new business development, opening new channels and building relationships with end users
  • Actively managing and developing a project pipeline
  • Providing both pre-sales and post-sales technical support, including travel to customer sites as required
  • Identifying new product ideas or concepts to support future product development
  • Collaborating with internal teams on wider product and marketing initiatives
Qualifications
  • Extensive experience in sales and business development within the audio-visual market
  • A proven track record of successful B2B sales
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to engage and motivate groups of any size
  • Solid knowledge of AV integration & system design ideally with some technical qualifications such as AVIXA CTS certification
  • Understanding of unified collaboration technologies, including USB, networking protocols (TCP/UDP/IP) and AV/IT signal flows
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills at all organisational levels
  • Ability to clearly articulate technical concepts
  • A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently as well as part of a remote team
  • Fluency in English plus one additional European language
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Willingness to travel regularly across Europe
