A leading Pro AV company is seeking a UK/EU Sales professional to drive market presence and manage relationships across the region. With 8+ years in the Pro AV industry, you will own the territory and influence GTM strategy while working closely with senior leadership. This role offers a competitive OTE of approximately £180,000, flexibility for exceptional candidates, and significant travel across the UK and Europe.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years in the Pro AV industry.
  • Based in the UK (London preferred).
  • Willing and able to travel 50%+.

Responsibilities

  • Build brand presence in the UK and European markets.
  • Manage relationships with distributors and integrators.
  • Conduct product demos and trainings.
  • Drive new business development and open new channels.
  • Maintain and grow a project pipeline.

Skills

Relationships with UK Pro AV dealers
Channel sales experience
Technical fluency in AV/IT
B2B sales track record
Fluency in German, French, or Spanish
