Qualifications

• Proven track record in asset management within complex environments.
• Strong experience in delivering business improvement and cost efficiency.
• Excellent knowledge of reliability engineering and relevant legislation.
• Skilled in contract and supplier management.
• Experience in sectors such as CEM, data centres, banking, or healthcare is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Implement the asset management function to deliver a value-for-money approach.
• Ensure implementation of annual asset management plans to meet ISO 55001.
• Deliver asset management initiatives for sustainability objectives.
• Support the annual Statutory Compliance & Audit programme.
• Drive reliability improvements and track asset failures.
• Collaborate with engineering leads to develop technical solutions.
• Maintain root cause analysis systems for critical equipment failures.
