You will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to translate user insights and business requirements into functional, elegant interfaces that enhance usability and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and prototype user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications based on project requirements and user research.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure a seamless user experience from concept to implementation.
• Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design ideas effectively.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to refine designs and improve overall user satisfaction.
• Ensure consistency of brand identity and design standards across all platforms.
• Stay up to date with emerging design trends, tools, and best practices in UI / UX.
• Communicate design rationale and decisions clearly to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Work closely with developers to ensure accurate translation of design into code.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as a UI / UX Designer or similar role.
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design best practices.
• Experience conducting user testing, A / B testing, and gathering actionable insights.
• Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
• Portfolio showcasing previous UI / UX design projects.
