Overview

Looking for two super patient PAs to work together to help support a teenage boy, after school access his garden, play in his home address and help with personal care and feeding.

Responsibilities

• Collect from transport.
• To warm food up- help to feed him.
• Provide personal care- Shower him/ change nappies/ dressing/ undressing.
• To help him get into the hot-tub- supervise him whilst in there.
• Access the garden to play- with close supervision.
• To prompt and engage in sensory based play with the individual.
• Could take him out in the wheelchair on nice walks- weather dependent.

About Me

Happy, lovely teenage boy that can become frustrated due to not being able to communicate. Autistic individual- Non verbal (very little communication). Has Pica- will eat non food items. Heavy set individual, is not good in loud or busy places.

Sensory play- foam ,water and textures. Likes music- wiggles and Disney.
