Job Title: Tutor/Assessor – Close Protection, Spectator Safety, Door Supervisor
Location: Bristol – Must be flexible with travel
Salary: circa £29,000
Type: Full Time, 9-month FTC (Hours to be discussed with your Recruiter)

Essential Criteria for all candidates:

• Must hold a minimum of 2 of the following qualifications: Level 3 Conflict Management; Level 3 Close Protection and/or Level 3 Spectator Safety.
• Must hold either an Assessors award (D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA) AND/OR a Level 3 Teaching qualification.
• Experience of delivering accredited courses is desirable.
• Happy to deliver training in-person and online.
• Hold solid occupational experience within Close Protection.
• Driving licence and a vehicle – candidate must be flexible with travel.

Duties

• Manage a caseload of learners working towards qualifications in Close Protection, Spectator Safety and Door Supervisor – up to Level 3.
• Deliver engaging training and support learners through their qualifications.
• Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely visits and reviews are conducted.
• Organise and maintain documentation on learners’ progress.
• Support, advise and motivate learners.
• Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
