De-Veg Operative - Highways (Cambridge)
Salary: £30,000-£45,000 + 50% night uplift
Hours: Full-Time, Monday-Friday (No weekends!)

We are currently looking for experienced Tree Surgeons and Climbers to join our growing highways vegetation team in Cambridge. What You'll Be Doing:

• Operating tractors with flails to keep verges pristine
• Driving safely between sites on public highways
• Performing daily machine checks and light maintenance
• Working confidently within traffic-managed environments
• Recording site work and details using a tablet
• For tree surgeons/climbers: carrying out tree works safely and efficiently

What We're Looking For:

• Valid UK Driving Licence (B required, C1 preferred)
• Experience in arboriculture or highways (highways experience is a bonus!)
• CSCS card & CS30/31 certification essential
• Brushcutter qualification
• MEWP & FAAW+F (desirable)
• Experience as a Tree Surgeon or Climber
• Willingness to work day/night shifts, Monday-Friday
