Join our bustling Bromley office, situated in one of London’s greenest boroughs. Here you’ll find plentiful and easy commuting routes, with central London just 15 minutes away by train.
The team consists of 8 Change Management Consultants who manage funded projects for new products and regulatory change, as well as operational excellence. We manage all projects by thoroughly scoping (including materiality assessments), and providing data and analysis, before managing the end-to-end implementation of the change including communication and operational readiness activities. The team operate within a collaborative environment and open communication is encouraged to ensure we are successful not just as individuals but as a team.
As a Change Management Consultant, you will be responsible for driving and implementing changes for GTMO.

You will be looking to simplify our processes and continue to build efficiency into the business, benefiting both our clients & associates. Supporting regional Business Enablement, Risk, Regulatory and Mandated efforts that impact the Line of Business Teams ensuring employee and client readiness ahead of any proposed changes.
