Key Responsibilities:

Experience Curation: Collaborate with clients to understand their ideal travel experiences — from relaxation to adventure, cultural exploration, and more.

Personalized Planning: Create thoughtful, customized itineraries that include flights, accommodations, tours, dining, and special touches.

Travel Coordination: Book all elements of the trip using supplier platforms and ensure every detail aligns with client expectations.

Client Support: Provide friendly, knowledgeable assistance before, during, and after travel. Be available to handle questions, updates, or unexpected issues.

Travel Enhancements: Recommend add-ons like excursions, upgrades, and travel insurance to enhance the overall experience.

Trend Awareness: Stay updated on current travel trends, destination news, and supplier promotions to deliver fresh, exciting options to clients.

Client Relationships: Build strong, lasting connections with clients that lead to repeat business, loyalty, and referrals.

Documentation & Records: Maintain accurate and organized records of bookings, invoices, preferences, and communications.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in travel, customer service, or hospitality is a plus but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for providing excellent service.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with online tools and booking systems.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
