A children's support organization is looking for a Community Wellbeing Mentor in Leatherhead, Surrey. Qualifications

• Previous experience supporting children and young people.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a caseload of up to 8 children for emotional health support.
• Co-facilitate 6-week courses in schools on emotional wellbeing.
• Work within the CWT Thrive Framework and collaborate with partners.
