A leading logistics company is seeking a Transport Supervisor to manage the transport operation at the Hemel Hempstead depot. The role requires overseeing operations, leading team engagement, and ensuring compliance with transport regulations. You will be responsible for route planning, resource allocation, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. This full-time position offers a salary of up to £38,913.90 per annum and generous benefits including a pension scheme and holidays.

As our Transport Supervisor, you’ll be managing, leading and monitoring our transport operation, for our customer Cormar Carpets, based in our Hemel Hempstead depot. This is a varied opportunity, focusing on strategic route planning, resource allocation, fostering team engagement and delivering a smooth operation for our customer.
This is a full time, permanent position, predominately working Monday to Friday, between 12.00 PM to 20.00 PM. We do require flexibility on some occasions, this is logistics after all.
We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £38,913.90 per annum (pro rata) and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays).
