Transport Operator - Doncaster - Up to £34,000

Our client, who are a recognized transport company are looking for an experienced Transport Planner to join their team in Doncaster.

Job type: Permanent

Hours: 4 on, 4 off - Days (Start times vary from 6am to 9am)

Salary: Up to £34,000 DOE

The Role

• Routing company owned vehicles
• Plan routes as cost effectively as possible
• Plan routes in line with WTD and Drivers Hours
• Ensure all customers are kept up to date
• All necessary admin must be completed
• Working with the Manager to ensure all vehicles are in compliance with company standards
• Perform and correctly implement General Administration, e.g. costing, agreeing charge rates with contractors, queries in accordance with the company’s requirements.
