A leading infrastructure delivery company in Slough seeks a Transport Administrator to support fleet operations. In this full-time role, you will manage compliance records, coordinate vehicle servicing, and assist with safety training, ensuring adherence to UK transportation regulations. The ideal candidate should have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and experience with maintenance software. Competitive salary between £28,000 and £31,000 per annum with additional benefits including health plans and holiday entitlement.

Reporting to the Assistant Fleet Manager the Transport Administrator support the efficient operation of our fleet by providing administrative compliance and coordination support to the Transport Management team.
You’ll play a key role in maintaining accurate records ensuring compliance with regulations and assisting with communication between internal teams external partners and regulatory authorities.

Location: Customer Solutions Centre Slough Head Office (Slough; Berkshire); Please note this role is in office only.
Job Type: permanent full-time
Hours: Monday to Friday 37.5 hours (start times to be discussed on interview)
Salary: 28000 to 31000 per annum depending upon experience

They will also be commitment to upholding the highest standards of safety and compliance within the context of our operations at Lanes Group by having an in-depth knowledge of UK transportation regulations and compliance standards. Having previous experience with maintenance software and record-keeping systems is beneficial. A full UK drivers licence is crucial to the role.
