A leading agricultural company seeks a Transformation Project Manager (TPM) to manage strategic change projects, particularly the implementation of a new finance system. We are looking for a Transformation Project Manager (TPM) to join the Frontier team on a permanent, full-time basis. This is a home‑based role but requires weekly travel to our Witham St Hughs office in Lincolnshire.
You will manage projects while helping deliver strategic change initiatives that support Frontier's long‑term goals. The role will help deliver new governance, stakeholder engagement, and change management practices alongside project management objectives.
This role will support the implementation of a new finance system. The Transformation Project Manager will work closely with the Technology team, Product function and specialist business teams to plan the rollout, develop training plans, and manage communications. Previous experience delivering similar system implementation projects is an advantage, as is knowledge of the Infor Finance or ERP solution.
