A leading service organisation in the United Kingdom is seeking a Transformation Manager to lead change management programmes. You will manage risks, implement workplace well-being strategies, and drive transformation for client success. The ideal candidate has expertise in project management and Power BI, along with excellent interpersonal skills. This role offers a hybrid working model and various employee perks.
Location: Hybrid, with travel to London site locations as required
£60,000 per annum dependent on experience
Churchill London is looking for a highly organised and proactive Transformation Manager to lead change management programmes that align with client strategies, driving transformation and continuous improvement.
Working closely with internal stakeholders and clients, you'll manage the entire process, identify and report risks, and use productivity data and lessons learned to foster continuous improvement and a strong change culture.
This role now includes a focus on workplace well-being, integrating wellness initiatives into transformation strategies to help clients improve measurable outcomes in this area.
