Job Title: Transfer Pricing Director
Location: South (Reading, London, Maidstone)
Salary: £110,000 - £140,000 + bonus

We are working on behalf of a leading firm where an internal role change has created an opportunity to appoint a Transfer Pricing Director to lead and grow the transfer pricing offering. Following an internal movement, the firm is now looking to strengthen the practice with a dedicated Director-level hire.

This is a market-facing role, suited to a proactive and commercially minded individual who can originate work as well as oversee delivery. You will take ownership of the transfer pricing capability, helping to shape its direction and profile within the firm and the wider market. The client base includes a strong proportion of Private Equity-backed and owner-managed businesses, and experience advising PE clients will be highly relevant. Exposure to Financial Services would be beneficial but is not essential.

You will collaborate closely with colleagues across tax, audit and corporate finance to deliver integrated advice to clients, while supporting the ongoing growth and evolution of the firm's offering. You will hold ACA and/or CTA qualifications (or equivalent) and bring significant hands‑on experience in transfer pricing alongside broader tax expertise. You will be confident operating at Director level, demonstrating initiative while working effectively within a collaborative team environment.
