As the Transcreation Account Director – Pharma clients for the Medical Division at translate plus – a Publicis Groupe, you will come from an advertising account director background with Transcreation experience and play a crucial role in managing and overseeing the operations of our medical translation services. This position requires a candidate with extensive experience in managing pharma clients, excellent communication skills, creative experience and a strong background in translation.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Translation, Life Sciences, Business Administration). Proven experience in managing pharma clients within the language services industry and a special focus on approval processes across all pharma divisions. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders. Strong background in translation, with a deep understanding of medical terminology and industry‑specific requirements. Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Creative thinking and problem‑solving abilities to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
