A leading technology company in London is looking for a Training Specialist to create and deliver engaging training programs. This role focuses on customer success, driving product adoption, and fostering strong relationships. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in delivering technical training and is skilled in SQL and Excel. You'll be part of a collaborative team committed to continuous improvement and innovation.

As part of our Customer Success Team, you will be responsible for creating and delivering engaging training programs that help customers get the most from SKUtrak, the UK’s leading demand intelligence platform. You’ll use webinars, e-learning, and in-person sessions to build confidence, drive product adoption, and foster lasting customer relationships.
You’ll also play a key role in developing insights, creating content, and sharing customer feedback with internal teams to support product development and ensure our training continually evolves to meet customer needs.
