Training Delivery Instructor Contract: Term-time (45 weeks per year) Clearance: Must be eligible for UK Security Clearance (SC level)

  • Provide assessment, feedback, and personalised learning support.
  • Maintain and update training materials to ensure modern, effective delivery.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders to meet quality and safety standards.
What We're Looking For
Essential
  • Level 3 Technical Certificate (or equivalent) in an engineering discipline.
  • Strong practical skills in coppersmith/pipefitting.
  • Proven industry or workshop experience.
  • Competent IT skills for training and administration.
Desirable
  • Teaching qualification or equivalent (e.g., Defence Train the Trainer).
  • Previous instructional experience in a technical environment.
