Overview

Would you like to train the clinical health workforce of tomorrow? UCS College Group are seeking an exceptional team member from a clinical health background to join our high performing Apprenticeship team based in Taunton, Somerset.

Working in partnership with employer stakeholders across the region, the college are strategically supporting ongoing development of the health and care workforce to ensure it is fit for the future. This role provides an opportunity to be involved in these exciting partnerships and join a team of professionals who have quality at the heart of all that they do.

Responsibilities

To join our dedicated team, you will understand the current and future challenges in this sector and be confident in delivering a curriculum that prepares students for a career in clinical health care. You will have a strong commitment to quality, be student focused and a team player.

Qualifications

Candidates must have a minimum of a level 3 qualification in a clinical health related discipline* with clinical healthcare experience. Knowledge and experience of teaching, assessing and quality assuring vocational programmes will also be advantageous, but training can be given for these aspects. The successful candidate will be a flexible, customer focussed proactive problem solver with a good working knowledge understanding of IT.
