Flexible Hours Full or Part-Time OTE 60,000+ Start Date: 19th January 2026

Are you confident, ambitious, and good on the phone?
Looking to start a career in sales with real earning potential and a clear progression route?

We're recruiting four Trainee Sales Professionals to join our growing Nottingham team. You don't need experience, just the right attitude, strong communication skills, and a desire to build a long-term career. Full training and mentoring provided.

The Role

• Speaking to businesses and building relationships over the phone
• Learning how to identify opportunities and win new clients
• Using phone calls and social media to generate leads
• Working closely with experienced mentors to develop your sales skills

Hours & Pay

• Flexible working hours: part-time or full-time (16-37 hours per week)
• Starting salary: National Minimum Wage during training (12 weeks)
• High commission structure after training with realistic OTE 60,000+ per year
• Salary and package reviewed after the 12-week training period (based on performance)
