Responsibilities

  • Register applicants and understand their property requirements.
  • Book and conduct property viewings.
  • Assist with property listings, including taking photographs and writing descriptions.
  • Liaise with buyers and sellers.
  • Support the negotiation process between buyers and sellers.
  • Maintain regular contact with clients to provide updates and feedback.
  • Update and maintain the CRM/database.

Job description
Job Title: Trainee Sales Negotiator
Location: Botley
Brand: Chancellors
Salary: OTE: up to £35,000.00 per annum
Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:45am-6pm, Fridays 8:45am-5:30pm. Requires every other Saturday 10am-3pm.
Driving Licence: Must have full UK Driving Licence & access to your own car.
