Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Obtain and update renewal information accurately.
  • Prepare and send client renewal letters.
  • Ensure high client retention levels.
  • Research up-to-date policy renewal information.
  • Contact clients who have cancelled policies to resolve issues.
  • Respond proactively to queries from clients and insurers.
  • Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Retain detailed product knowledge.
  • Promote compliance with regulatory principles.
  • Take personal responsibility for development and understanding of the industry.
