110% People are growing, and we’re looking for a motivated, organised and people-focused Trainee Recruitment Resourcer & Compliance Assistant to join our Early Years recruitment team.

This role is perfect for someone who loves speaking to people, has strong attention to detail, and wants to progress into a full Recruitment Consultant role over time.

About the Role
Resourcing & Candidate Management
  • Advertising roles and sourcing candidates
  • Screening new applicants over the phone
  • Booking interviews and maintaining candidate pipelines
  • Building positive relationships with early years professionals
Compliance & Quality Assurance
  • Collecting documents and completing full compliance files
  • Running DBS checks, references and eligibility-to-work checks
  • Ensuring all safeguarding and regulatory standards are met
  • Working closely with consultants to prepare candidates for placement
Support & Development
  • Assisting consultants with bookings, admin and daily coordination
  • Learning the recruitment process from the ground up
  • Progressing into a Recruitment Consultant role once fully trained
What we’re looking for
  • A full driving licence + access to a car (essential – we are in a remote location and you will occasionally meet candidates or attend training/supervision)
  • Confident, friendly communicator
  • Organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Comfortable working remotely, when needed, and managing your own workload
  • Ambitious and eager to learn recruitment properly
  • Experience in admin, customer service, childcare or sales is helpful but not required
