Location: London (Liverpool Street)

Salary: £25,000–£27,000 basic + uncapped commission (Realistic OTE £40k–£55k Year 1, £70k+ Year 2)

Start Date: ASAP

Contract: Full-time, permanent

The Role

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll effectively run your own sales desk. You’ll be responsible for winning new business, building a network of high-quality candidates, and closing deals. From day one, you’ll be trained to become a high-performing consultant capable of generating significant revenue.

Daily Responsibilities:
  • Proactively generate new business through outbound sales calls, meetings, and networking
  • Build and manage your own client portfolio
  • Source, qualify, and pitch roles to candidates
  • Negotiate fees, salaries, and offers
  • Hit weekly KPIs and revenue targets
  • Manage the full 360° recruitment process from lead generation to deal close
  • Consistently drive activity to maintain a strong sales pipeline
