Our client is the leading recruitment firm in the Tech space, specialising in Cloud, DevOps and Software.

Two best friends started up the company 3 years ago, and have grown by 20 heads from graduate level, all of which are earning over 50k a year already.

They run a great business with a strong culture, offering socials, ski trips and weekend getaways to reward their consultants for the hard work they do.

With their top biller doing over 800k, this is a role you cant miss out on!

Incentives

• 28k base salary with an increase to 32k after promotion
• 50% commission structure with no threshold
• OTE Year 1 50k; Year 2 80k+
• Promotion is target based most hit it within 6 months
• One on one training from the Founders and the MDs
• 30 days paid holiday + birthday + bank holidays
• Working hours 8:30am-6:30pm
• Holiday incentives 2x a year Ski trip and Marbella
• Pet friendly office
• WFH 1-2 days a week depending on level of experience
• 10-day office closure over Christmas
